Obituary
George H. Click, age 76, of Kennard Rd., Waverly, Ohio, died Saturday, December 19, 2009 at his residence. He was born November 27, 1933 in Martin, Kentucky a son of the late George Grant and Della Gibson Click. George was united in marriage August 19, 1985 to Shelby Jean Mullett Click who survives. Also surviving are four sons, Desmond (Jill) Risner of Waverly, Ohio, Robert Wesley Risner of Waverly, Ohio, George Click, Jr. of Illinois, Anthony Click of Illinois, two step-sons, Willard Thomas (Bonnie) Risner of Waverly, Ohio and Peter Click of Illinois, six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, two half-brothers, Jimmy and Bill Click of California, one half-sister, Noreen Olguin of California and his step-mother Eileen Mullin of California. He was preceded in death by one son Steven Click. Mr. Click was employed as a truck driver for the Ohio Department of Transportation, a member of Agape Family Worship Center of Waverly and a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean War. Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, December 23, 2009 at the Botkin Funeral Home in Waverly with Rev. Desmond Risner and Rev. Donald Hamilton officiating. Burial will follow in Mound Cemetery with Military Graveside Honors by American Legion Post #142 of Waverly. Friends may call from 5 to 8 P.M. on Tuesday and from 9:00 A.M till the time of service on Wednesday at the funeral home. The family would like to thank the staff at Pike County Home Health Care and Southern Care Hospice especially Pamela Butler, Stephanie Gee and Charlie Elliott for all they done for George during his sickness and a special thanks to the Rev.
