Obituary
William Ed Stump, age 89 of McDermott Pond Creek Rd., McDermott, OH, died Thursday, February 4, 2010 at Rest Haven Rehab and Health Care Facility in McDermott, OH. He was born March 22, 1920 in Otway, OH a son of the late Dudley and Maude Kidder Stump. On Aug 16, 1947 he was united in marriage to Edith Faye White Stump, who preceded him in death January 6, 1990. He is survived by two sons, Gary Lee and wife Twila Stump of Lucasville, OH and Kenneth Edward Stump of Savannah, GA, two brothers, Dudley Stump Jr. of Chicago, IL, and David Stump of Sabina, OH, one sister, Martha, 11 grandchildren and five great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Sandra Faye Thurman, one grandson, six brothers, four sisters. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday, February 7, 2010 at the Botkin Funeral Home in Otway with High Priest Doug Altman officiating. Burial will follow in Moon Cemetery. Friends may call from 12- noon to 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
